I had bought a macbook pro from their store in June 2023, it was working well till the January 2024. As per their service & replacement policies they had to replace the faulty part of the laptop and if the parts is not available they promised they will replace the device as well without any question asked. But when my keyboard stopped working in last week of January 2024 they told me to submit the laptop and they will change the keyboard and they delivered the laptop 3rd march 2024. Within 3 months the keyboard again stopped working with other miscellaneous problem. The owner at first denied to give services and when I asked them about the original bill of the keyboard which they replaced in January, they just told me even the original service centre will not give a original keyboard and asked me to submit the laptop and they will look into the matter on their time. I took the second opinion from the service centre and come to know they had already replaced my battery, even mother board was also faulty, I took the decision and repair the item on my own cost from the authorised service centre. Believing this type of people is curse I guess, they are just bluffing that they will support you, but after your payment done they will not give you a single support.
